Sr. Pastor/Founder Deserie Diaz Rodriguez

Dr. Deserie is a licensed & ordained Minister with an Apostolic call. Pastor Deserie has a passion and burden to bring restoration to the broken and the hurting. She hold's an Associate & Bachelor's degree in Theology and a Master's in Ministry, and also hold's a Doctorate degree in Ministry. She bring's eighteen years of experience in Christian Ministry. Dr. Deserie has had the pleasure of ministering in different church's in her eighteen years of Christian Ministry. Dr. Deserie Pastured at Restoration Ministries as an Associate Pastor for a couple of years, and has had the opportunity to have worked with many other ministries such as Faith Outreach church,Without Walls church, Abundant Life and many other great ministries.

2001-2005 she began holding Evangelistic outreach services and Bible study group's on a weekly basis in the Carrollwood Community Complex at the Villas of Newport Landing's.Many came and were empowered and saved through the power of God.The Lord began to speak to Pastor Deserie and gave her the vision to start a church. Pastor Deserie's vision is to reach all cultural barriers. Pastor Deserie is Founder/ Sr. Pastor for Empowering Ministries Church.This is a multicultural, Charismatic, Bilingual-Non-Denomination Christian based ministry.Pastor Deserie heeded to the voice of God and launched out Empowering Ministries church in 2006.Pastor Deserie has a passion to Preach & teach the word of God and has been sent & mandated by God to heal the broken hearted & set the captives free.Deserie got saved at the age of nine outside of the subway's of New York City. Deserie was led to the Lord by an Evangelist.Pastor Deserie has two precious children Joseph & Jasmine who are also involved in ministry at EMC. Pastor Deserie is Married to Pastor Orlando Rodriguez.The Lord Connected Pastor Deserie & Pastor Orlando for an awesome purpose to reach Souls & to be Co-labourer's in the Kingdom. Pastor Deserie is a women of humility, faith, love,compassion & Integrity.She is an anointed Preacher & Teacher that flows within the Prophetic annointing of God.She loves all people and is blessed to be a Pastor to an awesome Congregation.Pastor Deserie inspired many Women & Men to start Ministries & churches for the glory of God by her personal example to heed to the voice of God.

Co-Pastor Orlando Rodriguez

Pastor Orlando is a licensed & Ordained Minister. Pastor Orlando comes with over twenty years in christian Ministry. Pastor Orlando got saved at the age of twenty-one.He Immediately after his conversion had a great heart for "Souls". He began to Evangelize to all walks of life in New york City. Pastor Orlando has a passion for the word of God and for all people.His heart is to see all people saved, delivered, transformed by the power of God.

He has worked in different roles in ministry such as: Usher, Helps Ministry, Music Ministry, Drama Ministry, Evangelism Outreaches, Preaching & Teaching the word of God. Pastor Orlando worked with many Churches over the years in Christian Ministry. Pastor Orlando is a Soul Winner at Heart. Orlando Rodriguez is Co-Pastor at Empowering Ministries Church. He preaches the uncompromised word of God. He has a Passion to see the Signs & Miracles of God.Orlando is a man of faith, prayer, humility. He is a big fan of Dr. T.L Osborne. Pastor Orlando loves to give out the word of God to all people and also many books from Dr. T.L Osborne. He wants to see lives changed and transformed. He Loves all people from all walks of life.

Pastor Orlando has three children Melissa, Steven, Cassandra and two step children Jasmine & Joseph Lopez. Pastor Orlando was raised in Brooklyn, Newyork. Pastor Orlando is married to Pastor Deserie. The Lord brought Orlando & Deserie together for a great plan.
